Our Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely happy, we’re happy to help.

If you are not happy with your purchase, Chessington Garden Centre will exchange or refund your goods if the following conditions are met:

Returned within 30 days

In good condition

Accompanied by itemised proof of purchase

We reserve the right to make a reduction in the refund if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of excessive handling or treatment before the return of the item.

Exemptions

We are unable to accept livestock, HTA vouchers, special orders, goods made to your own specification or sale items for return or exchange. Tickets for events are also non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Plant Guarantee

We take pride in sourcing top-quality plants and shrubs from trusted growers and nurseries. That’s why we’re confident in offering a 2-year guarantee on all hardy plants from the date of purchase — as long as they’ve been cared for appropriately.

If a plant fails within this period, simply return it to us with the original label and an itemised proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note: this guarantee does not cover bedding plants or houseplants.
